These policies represent the minimum standards required by Omnitradus Marketplace. Vendors may offer more favorable terms to customers but may not provide terms that conflict with UAE consumer protection laws or the marketplace policies.
Customer Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment or order processing begins.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the customer may need to follow the return procedure.
Vendor Cancellation
Vendors may cancel orders due to:
Stock unavailability.
Pricing errors.
Product discontinuation.
Suspected fraudulent transactions.
Circumstances beyond reasonable control.
In such cases, customers will receive a full refund for any amount paid
Return Eligibility
Products may be returned if:
Returned within 7 days of delivery.
Unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories and proof of purchase.
Exchange Eligibility
Products may be exchanged for:
Defective items.
Incorrect items delivered.
Size or color issues (if the vendor offers exchanges).
Return Procedure
Submit a return request through your customer account.
Provide order details and supporting evidence.
- Await approval from the vendor or marketplace.
Ship the product according to the provided instructions.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to vendor error, damaged goods or defective products, the vendor shall bear the return shipping cost.
For customer preference returns (where permitted), the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspection and Approval:
Returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
Exchanges or refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.
