    Delays caused by customs, force majeure events, public holidays or courier issues are beyond the marketplace\'s control.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping fees are determined by the vendor and displayed during checkout.
Any applicable VAT charges shall be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
Vendors are responsible for resolving issues related to lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered orders.
Customers must report shipping issues within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Eligible Refunds
Customers may request a refund if:

Refund Process

Supporting evidence such as photographs, videos, and proof of purchase may be required.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Non-Refundable Items

Perishable goods.

Customer Cancellation

Vendor Cancellation


Vendors may cancel orders due to:
Stock unavailability.
Pricing errors.
Product discontinuation.
Suspected fraudulent transactions.
Circumstances beyond reasonable control.

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund for any amount paid


Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if:
Returned within 7 days of delivery.
Unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories and proof of purchase.


Exchange Eligibility

Products may be exchanged for:
Defective items.
Incorrect items delivered.
