Return & Refund Policy

At Omnitradus, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
‣ The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
‣ The wrong item was delivered.
‣ The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
‣ All accessories, manuals, and promotional items are included.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
‣ Opened software or digital products.
‣ Downloadable products and digital services.
‣ Customized or personalized products.
‣ Hygiene-sensitive products once opened.
‣ Products damaged due to misuse, negligence or improper handling.
3. Return Request Process
To request a return:
‣ Contact our customer support team at info@omnitradus.shop.
‣ Provide your order number and reason for return.
‣ Attach photos if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
‣ Wait for return authorization before shipping the item return.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
‣ Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
‣ Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
‣ Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
We may offer product replacements or exchanges for:
‣ Defective or Damaged item/s delivered.
‣ Incorrect items received.
Availability of replacement items is subject to stock levels.
6. Return Shipping Costs
‣ If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item, defective item), return shipping costs may be covered by us.
‣ For customer preference returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to the standard return process.
8. Digital Products & Services
All sales of digital products, downloadable content, website services, design services, marketing services, hosting services, and software-related services are generally final and non-refundable once delivery has begun or access has been provided.
